When you open a playlist, you land on the Edit Playlist page. This is where you control what plays, when it plays, and how it looks on your displays. The page is organised into a player bar at the top and four tabs below: Content, Overlays, Analytics, and Settings.
The player bar runs across the full width of the page and shows the current state of your playlist at a glance. It displays the playing status (Playing or Paused), how many displays are connected to this playlist, the number of active items, the total loop duration, and the sequence mode (Sequential or Random). The NOW PLAYING section shows what is currently on screen.
Click Preview at the top right of the page to open a preview of your playlist in a modal window.
Each content item in the queue has a Jump Live button. Clicking it immediately brings that item to the front of playback on all connected displays. The button turns red when that item is currently live.
The Content tab shows all items in your playlist queue. The item currently playing has a red bar on its left edge. Each item row gives you the following controls:
To add new items, click + Add Content. See Adding Content to a Playlist for details.
The Add Override button (lightning bolt icon) lets you push a single piece of content immediately to the front of your playlist, interrupting normal rotation. See Push Overrides for details.
Overlays require a paid plan - see Plans and feature availability for details.
The Overlays tab lets you add a logo, clock, or widget that floats over your playlist content. See Overlays for details on adding and managing overlays.
The Analytics tab shows playback data for this playlist - impressions, completions, and total display time, broken down by content item and by display. Use the time period tabs to switch between 24h, 7d, 30d, 90d, and 180d views. Longer periods are available depending on your plan.
The Settings tab lets you update the following options. Click Save Settings when done.
See Playlist Settings for more detail.
